If anyone ever wonders about the long hours and intense pressure residents are under, this picture says it all. Let me explain....Pete and his fellow residents on the Infectious Disease service decided that in order to fit in with their consultants they needed to grow mustaches. I am sure this was done during a very intense, sleep deprived moment - otherwise I have to blame it on insanity.....you decide.

I love it Jill! He looks like an 80's cop! All the oral surgery guys did that not long ago. Mike didn't make it very long. I HATE facial hair. Great picture!
Hey, Jill! It looks as though you've had a fun summer! Your front yard looks absolutely beautiful and no, I don't think it's weird that Kelly rubs her belly button to fall asleep. Brittany has all sorts of "weird" things that soothe her like having to hold my hair and she too loves to touch her belly button. By the way, nice mustache Pete. They tried something like that with Jeff's residency for the month of March, but they were suppose to grow a beard. Jeff just doesn't have the genes to grow real facial hair which is lucky for me...so prickly.
